Pricing
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT and are automatically converted depending on the country. We reserve the right to change our prices. Prices in store and online may vary.

Order confirmation
When the order is placed in the online store, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to you by e-mail, as a confirmation that the order has reached us. The order confirmation email may be sorted as spam by some email programs, so please check that folder if you have not received a confirmation.

Delivery & Shipping
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days, provided that the desired item is in stock. If it is not, you will be notified by email. The shipping cost is fixed price depending on the country it is sent to.

We deliver with Postnord. Packages that are not picked up will be sent back to us unredeemed, we then charge a return fee of SEK 200. This also applies if you have provided the wrong address information or mobile number. You as a customer are responsible for entering the correct delivery information and that the package is picked up! Note that unredeemed shipments are not covered by the right of withdrawal, ie, the package does not apply as a return or canceled purchase! If you wish to have the package sent again, new shipping will be added according to country instructions.

Right of withdrawal & Returns
If for any reason you regret your purchase, you have an open purchase within 14 days and an exchange right within 30 days from the day you received the product. The right of withdrawal only applies to an item that is in as good condition as when you received it.Not broken packaging.If you are not satisfied and want to return the item, send us an email before to hello@thesoapway.com. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. We will refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
